You will need to submit a full color high resolution headshot for your personalized membership card.  This credit card size high quality membership card was professionally designed by our expert graphics team.  It is covered with a high security hologram.

Processing

After completing this form you will be taken to a google credit card processing page.  This is done to provide a higher level of security for our members and also to provide a greater audit capability.  The American Society of Digital Forensics and eDiscovery is committed to being transparent in our fiduciary responsibilities.
